All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Please note: It is your responsibility to review your local and state laws regarding hemp-derived cannabis products before ordering. All customers must be 21 years or older.

Cloud 9 Online operates in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, ensuring all products contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less on a dry-weight basis.

States not allowed - Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nevada, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Hawaii.

We ship exclusively using USPS Priority Mail and UPS depending on your location and order size.

Priority USPS Shipping (2–5 business days): Flat rate of $12.50

Free Priority Shipping: On all orders over $200+

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, Cloud 9 Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
